	About Cohesion Cohesion consults with individuals and organizations that want to become more effective. Founded in Salt Lake City in 1998 by principal Elizabeth Guss, Cohesion programs begin with core beliefs, connect them to daily actions, and identify strengths to build on. Goals are then established to increase effectiveness in work performance and interpersonal skills. Unique among training and development companies, Cohesion offers custom training that supports clients integrating who they are with what they do. For this focus and Cohesion's place at the forefront of the 'spirit at work' movement, Guss was recognized in 2004 as a visionary by Utah Business Magazine and the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce. She has assembled a diverse group of skilled human development practitioners who provide a range of training and Human Resources services to individuals, businesses, and public benefit organizations. Drawing from years of organizational development and management experience, Cohesion partners and practitioners facilitate clients to connect personal and professional needs and opportunities. Through regular participative sessions and personal study, clients progress and achieve objectives of increased work efficiency, customer loyalty, and job satisfaction. Working with Cohesion When we work together, we enter into a relationship for mutual benefit. As we talk, we can determine what is going on and what type of cooperative effort will yield the best results. Together, we establish: goals/objectives, a timetable, ways to measure accomplishment, and follow-up processes. Workshop fees and program rates consider the number of people participating, frequency of sessions, and duration of the program. Discounts are available if set criteria are met.
